Known bugs in this release

- The BCC180, as of version 3.0, times out its serial ports after 15 minutes.
  The workaround is to ensure there is at least one RS-485 module active on
  the network.

- The functional status of the Stat-Link is unknown at this point, due in
  large part to the lack of an entry in the RTOS task and dispnet tables
